About the Position

Your Main Responsibilities

Supplier invoices (registration, coding, and follow-up)
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Ongoing financial administration
Drive internal development projects such as business systems, processes, and data management
Participation in ad hoc tasks

Who Are You?

Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a finance assistant or in a similar role
Good system skills and understanding of digital workflows
Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Experience with the business system Microsoft Business Central
Experience in inventory management and inventory accounting
Previous work in smaller or medium-sized companies where the role has been broad
Experience collaborating closely with the accounting manager or CFO
